The kkfd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. kkfd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkfd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kkfd will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
You must notify kkfd immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. kkfd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials, or where you have knowingly or negligently shared your credentials with a third party.
kkfd reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photographic identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified in the verification request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-money-laundering control. Before processing any withdrawal, kkfd may require the player to complete KYC verification. USDT Withdrawals: Players who have deposited via USDT may withdraw in USDT. Withdrawal amounts will be calculated at the BDT/USDT exchange rate applicable at the time the withdrawal request is approved. Exchange rate fluctuations between request submission and approval are the player's responsibility.
kkfd operates in compliance with general anti-money-laundering principles. Deposits made to a kkfd account must not originate from illegal sources. kkfd reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Deposits that are not accompanied by genuine gaming activity — that is, deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without meaningful wagering — may be treated as suspicious transactions and subject to enhanced review, withholding, or return to the originating payment source.
Player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) by default. Players who deposit via USDT will see their balance displayed in BDT equivalent. All bonus values and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the platform will attempt to complete the round using the last recorded game state. If a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the player's account. kkfd is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

Force Majeure: kkfd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, or other events of force majeure.
kkfd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most current version is displayed at the top of this document.
